I have successfully served as a healthcare Executive Director and non-profit Board President, leading organizations through complex transitions, enhancing operational efficiency, and driving compliance with evolving regulations.

My work spans across developing and managing Health Information Exchange (HIE) initiatives, securing and managing grants, coordinating cross-sector collaborations, and helping providers—especially small practices and nonprofit agencies—navigate service deliver and financial transformation. I also bring deep experience in bookkeeping, financial management, real estate transaction coordination, and launching new ventures.
